Andrecca is for everyone, kids included, so we collect as little as we can.

What the game sends

While you play, the game sends short notes about the game itself. Nothing in them says who you are:

Our analytics service, PostHog, also receives what any website gets from a browser: the page's address and the site that linked to it, the type of browser, operating system and device, the screen size, and the browser's language and time zone settings.

Links we share on other sites may end in a short tag, like ?utm_source=reddit, that names where the link was posted. It is part of the page's address, so PostHog sees it too. It tells us which post you came from, never who you are. If you play a copy of Andrecca on another site, such as itch.io, the game there sends us nothing, and that site's own privacy policy covers its page.

What we never collect

Nothing we collect tells us who you are. We can't contact you, and we never sell or share this data or use it for ads.

Why

Only to make Andrecca better: to see how many people play, which levels are too hard or too easy, where players get stuck or stop, and whether the game loads well on computers and phones.

How long we keep it

We use it for one year. After that, PostHog no longer shows it to us.

Who handles it

PostHog, Inc. stores it for us in the United States. Only Team Andrecca uses it.
